Order Confirmation

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an automatic confirmation email containing your order number and details.

Please provide a valid telephone number so that we can contact you if any additional information regarding your order, personalisation, or delivery is required.

Processing & Production Time

Each NCandles product is prepared with care.

Standard items are usually ready for dispatch within 2–3 business days. Personalised wedding and baptism products, custom gifts, and made-to-order pieces require 5–10 business days before dispatch.

Orders placed during peak seasons, promotional periods, or public holidays may require additional preparation time. If this applies to your order, we will contact you promptly.

Delivery within Bulgaria

Orders within Bulgaria can be delivered by Econt, Speedy, or BOX NOW. The available delivery options and corresponding costs are displayed at checkout.

Econt

Delivery is available to an Econt office or to the address provided with your order.

For deliveries within Bulgaria, Econt usually delivers on the next business day after dispatch.

Payment can be made online in advance or by cash on delivery upon receipt.

Econt delivery options may also be available for selected international destinations, including Greece and Romania.

Speedy

Speedy is a Bulgarian courier provider and part of the DPD network, allowing deliveries both within Bulgaria and internationally through the DPD network in Europe.

For deliveries within Bulgaria, orders usually arrive the next or the following business day after dispatch, depending on the destination.

International deliveries through Speedy/DPD may be available for European countries, including destinations such as the United Kingdom and other DPD network locations.

Payment can be made online in advance or by cash on delivery upon receipt (where available).

BOX NOW

BOX NOW delivery is available for selected destinations, including Bulgaria, Greece, and Cyprus.

Orders are delivered to the BOX NOW locker selected at checkout.

Orders delivered with BOX NOW through the NCandles online store require payment in advance. Cash on delivery is not available for this delivery option.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local courier network.

Estimated delivery time within Bulgaria is 1–3 business days from dispatch.

International Delivery

NCandles ships internationally. Shipping options and costs are calculated according to the destination, parcel weight, and order size.

Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch are:

  • European Union: approximately 3–8 business days
  • United States, Canada, Australia, and other international destinations: approximately 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier service, local holidays, or customs processing.

If your country is not available at checkout, or if the calculated shipping cost appears unusually high, please contact us at contact@ncandles.com. We will check the available alternatives and look for the most suitable delivery option for your order.

Express international delivery may also be available upon request.

Please note that the shipping rates displayed at checkout are not calculated in real time by the courier and may not always represent the most suitable available option.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout according to the selected courier, delivery method, destination, and parcel weight.

Delivery within Bulgaria starts from €3.90. International delivery rates vary depending on the destination and size of the order.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

Orders delivered within the European Union are not subject to customs clearance between EU member states.

For deliveries outside the European Union, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other local fees may be applied by the destination country. Unless explicitly included at checkout, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs procedures may occasionally cause delivery delays beyond the courier’s original estimate.

Receiving Your Order

Every order is carefully packed to protect the products during transport.

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please photograph the outer packaging before opening it. If an item is damaged, missing, or does not correspond to your order, contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the parcel and products. We will review the case and assist you with an appropriate solution.
